Canal & Mooring

Direct sea access from the property

Falconera 37 features a private mooring on the first canal leading directly to the sea. In less than 5 minutes by boat from your dock, you reach the open sea and the bay of Roses.

Unlike most villas in Empuriabrava located further upstream in the canal network, the Falconera district offers the most direct sea access in the marina. Only two bridges separate the mooring from the open sea: the Carrer Norfeu-Carrer Falconera bridge (2.8m clearance) and the main Grand Canal bridge (3.5m clearance).

The mooring is 12.5 m long and features a jet ski platform with jet ski — owned by the landlord and not included in the rental. A motorboat of suitable size can also be moored. Conditions are provided on request. Empuriabrava's canals, navigable year-round, let you freely explore the Costa Brava coastline from the water.
