Falconera 37 has a private mooring of 12.5 m in length, located directly in front of the villa on the first canal in Empuriabrava. The open sea and the bay of Roses are reachable in under 5 minutes by boat.

A jet ski platform with jet ski belonging to the owner is permanently at the mooring and is not included in the rental. A motorboat of suitable size can also be moored under agreed conditions.

Within this marina, the Falconera district offers the most direct sea access. Only two bridges separate the mooring from the open water, compared to many more for villas located further upstream.

The canals of Empuriabrava are navigable year-round. From the mooring, you can reach the coves of the bay of Roses, the ports of Roses and Cadaqués, or simply explore the Costa Brava coastline from the water.
